| These two fans made it known who their favorite Royal players were. |
Going into Friday's first-round playoff series versus Jeff Davis, Bleckley baseball fans had seen several heart-stopping moments. From rallying down seven to win at Toombs to almost coming back from ten down in Dodge, one has needed a strong stomach (or a package of Tums) to follow the Royals this season.

However, those games couldn't possibly match what they saw in Cochran Friday versus the Yellow Jackets. In game one, Tucker Darsey's single put Bleckley on top in the first. A ball which bounced past the catcher and into the stands in the second put BCHS up 2-0.

After getting out of bases loaded, one out situations in the second and fourth innings, Jeff Davis scored three times in the fifth. Another single by Darsey tied the game at three. In the sixth, with Greg Woodard on via a single, Chase Raffield was intentionally walked with two outs. That bought Ashton Cody to the plate.

Each team scored twice in the fourth. It was the fifth, the inning where the Royals would begin so many of their comebacks, that BCHS began to rally. Three runs cut the deficit to 10-5. Two consecutive steals of home plate in the sixth drew them within 10-7. Then in the seventh, another rally was completed.
