State 4-H Trap and Skeet shooting competition was held this weekend in Savannah. The senior team of Wesley Hobbs, Cody Dennis, Will Fordham, and Matthew Long won first place. They will be heading to national competition at the end of this month in Nebraska.

A Go Fund Me (http://www.gofundme.com/wb33v68) has been set up to raise funds for the trip. You can also see any of the team members to purchase chances for a $500 gift card to M&T meats (one for $5, three for $10)

The Junior team of Cade Jones, Chandler Peacock, James Paul Reeves, and Adam Belflower placed third. Individual awards saw Fordham finish third in Individual Skeet Senior, and Jones finish third in trap Juniors as well as overall Juniors.

Others competing in Savannah were: Tucker Holland, Mika Floyd, Beau Williams, Jake Lassiter, Shane Bryant, Hayden Belflower, Dawson Jarrell, Cole Knight, William DeLoach,
James Foskey, Johnathon Fountain, Hannah Mosley, Shayne Conner, and Cohen Lee.

A special thank you to 4-H agent Brandi McGonigail for running the program and to the coaches for their dedication and support.
