The Lady Barons looked to get back on track Monday in Vidalia versus JR Trippe. They got off to a good start but could not finish.

Katherine Purser looks a runner back after making a catch.

Up 3-0 after an inning and a half, the Lady Chiefs got three to tie things. JRT got one in the third to go up 4-3. Though BC tied the score on Ashlyn Williams' fourth inning double, the tying run was left at third with no one out.

Emily Sanders sets to throw to first.

Three runs in the home half made it 7-4. Bleckley stranded two on with two out in the fifth. Down 8-4 in the sixth, Addisyn Keel's pinch got a runner home but two more were stranded. Seven runners would be left on base as BCMS lost 10-5. They committed four errors.

Caroline Thrower was safe at third.

Williams went 2 for 4 with 1 RBI. Riley Edge was 2 for 4. The Lady Barons host Dodge County Thursday at 4:30 pm.
