Strong Tower Ministries held their first service on January 31 at Orchard Rise Child Enrichment Center. Pastor Chris Bambrough spoke to the congregation of 24 about "The Strong Tower" and why that is the name of their ministry. After the service, there was a buzz about how excited everyone was and how there was such an expectation for growth and, more importantly, impact on the community.

Pastor Chris Bambrough has been in pastoral, music and general staff ministry for the better part of 21 years. He is an Ordained Minister through the Congregational Holiness Church, Inc. which is headquartered in Griffin, GA. Before going to the Congregational Holiness, Pastor Bambrough was an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God.

Although he only moved to Cochran in 2005, Pastor Bambrough's wife, Crystal, has been a resident of Bleckley County her entire life. She is the owner of CryStyle's Salon located on 2nd Street in Cochran. The Bambroughs have 4 children: Ryan (20) who lives in Missouri, Caitlyn (17) who is a senior at Bleckley County High, Jackson (5) and Alan (15 months).

Services are held on Sundays at 10:30 am, that schedule will change once the move is made to their new building in March. Nursery and Children's Church are available. If you would like more information on Strong Tower Ministries, please call Pastor Bambrough, (478)230-5144, or email strongtowerchc@gmail.com.

You can also message Strong Tower Ministries on Facebook. Be sure to like the page to receive their daily posts of encouragement, inspiration and events. If you do not have a church home and are looking for someplace where you can worship freely, be challenged by the true Word of God, and will be loved and appreciated just for who you are, look no further. Strong Tower Ministries is just what you are looking for
