With school ending, Vacation Bible Schools will soon start. ***Updated May 26***

Here are some of the local churches that will be holding Vacation Bible Schools this summer. Your church's listing can be added by emailing BleckleyProgress@aol.com

Bethany Baptist Church- June 19-23, 6-8:30 pm. Theme "Galactic Starveyors." Registration on first night, parents of children advised to come early. Classes offered for all ages including adult.

Empire Pentecostal Holiness Church- July 9-14, 6:30-8:30 pm. "Maker Fun Factory," children ages 3-12 learn how they're created by God and made for a purpose. Children attending all nights will receive a free bag of school supplies.

First Baptist Church- June 6-9, 9 am-noon. Theme is "Galactic Starveyors." Register online by going to http://www.nowsprouting.com/firstbaptistchurchcochran/#/registrations/vbs-registration

Lakeview Baptist Church- June 12-16, 6-9 pm. "Maker Fun Factory."

Limestone Baptist Church- June 5-9, 5:30-8:30 pm. "Galactic Starveyors." Pre K through eighth grade.

Macedonia Baptist Church- Kickoff, June 25, 3-6 pm. Classes held June 26-30, 6-8:30 pm. Theme "Hero Central. Discover Your Strength in God." Call (478)231-2504 for more information.

Mt. Calvary Baptist Church- June 5-9, 6-9 pm. "Maker Fun Factory." Age four-fifth grade.

Ruth Baptist Church- May 31 and each Wednesday in June, 6-8 pm. "Answers in Genesis' Operation Arctic."
