Local 4-H members selected for 4-H performing arts group.

Clovers & Co., Georgia 4-H’s performing arts group, was founded in 1981 to provide an opportunity for 4-H youth to promote and share with others, the excitement, leadership and talent evident in 4-H. Interested 4-H'er's from throughout the state audition each year for the limited number of spots in the show. Only the most talented and outstanding are selected.

The group is composed of talented singers, dancers, musicians and stagehands. The 2016 - 2017 cast had members ranging in age from 12 to 18. Several graduates have gone on to careers in the music and entertainment fields on the national level. The show is primarily directed by volunteers, giving many hours to assure that all can be proud of the production.

Clovers & Co. is proud of its history. Some of their most memorable shows have been for 4-H'ers attending National 4-H Congress in Atlanta, Memphis and Chicago, performing with a host of Clovers & Co. Alumni including Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland at the 2007 NAE4-HA Conference, and performing at National 4-H Conference in Washington, DC. They have also enjoyed performing at numerous state 4-H events around the country.

Clovers & Co. continues to serve as key entertainment at state and national conferences for groups such including the National Association of County Agricultural Agents, Georgia Farm Bureau, Association of County Commissioners of Georgia, Georgia Association of Educational Leaders, Georgia High School Student Council Conference and many others.

Georgia 4-H has announced the cast of the 2017-2018 Clovers & Co. show. Bleckley County 4-H is proud to congratulate 4-H’ers Rebecca Howell, Caleb Moseley, Chloe Mullis and Noah Shedd for being chosen to be a part of this successful group of young performers.
