Landa Dominy went 1 for 2 with a double in a 5-2 win against host Crisp County. Against Bainbridge, Bleckley was down 3-0 after a half inning. The leadoff batter reached in both the first and second but was left stranded. The Lady Cats got two in the fourth.

With time expired in the bottom of the fifth, Bleckley tried to rally. Jayla Willis and Ashlyn Williams reached on bunts. Willis scored on a bunt by Tori Long. With two outs, Dominy blasted a three-run home run. But there would be no rally as Bainbridge held on 5-4.

Abbey Sims throws to first for the out.

Emily Sanders and Long both went 1 for 2. BCHS hosts Wilcox County Monday at 5:30 pm.
