Fall Festivals at local churches.

The cooler temperatures. Getting dark earlier. Fall is in the air. A fall tradition for many churches is holding festivals for members and the community. Here's a partial listing of events.

Christ Chapel Cochran- October 22, 4-7 pm. Bounce house, games, trunk or treat after dark. Everything except food vendors is free.

First Baptist Church- October 31, 6-8 pm. Dunking booth, face panting, caution tape maze, popcorn, cotton candy, more.

Lakeview Baptist Church- October 28, 4-6 pm. Chili cook off, bounce house, games fellowship.

Limestone Baptist Church- October 29, 5-8 pm. At the softball field. Super hero themed, children are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite hero. Food, 20-foot slide, bungee run, gospel presentation, trunk o treat, trackless train.

Macedonia Baptist Church- October 29, 4:30 pm-until. Food, games, hayrides, more. Call Jessica for more info, (478)231-2504.

Mt. Calvary Baptist Church- October 29, 5-7 pm. Food, games, fellowship. Donations welcomed for "It's scary to be hungry food drive."
