Noah Wimberly sets to throw from second base.

Despite starting the season 0-5, BCHS had battled back to 6-9, 2-2 in 3-AA going into Thursday’s home game against Dublin. Thanks to some late runs, the Royals climb continued.

Brody Little scores.

Up 1-0 after three innings, Dublin scored three in the fourth. Cody Dennis’ RBI groundout in the home half cut the deficit to one. In the fifth, Carter Raffield launched a three-run home run over the left centerfield fence. BC added an unearned run in the sixth in winning their fourth straight, 6-3.

Chandler Abney slides safely into second base.

Brody Little and Andrew Butler were both 2 for 3. Sam Knighton was 2 for 4. Bleckley plays at Jeff Davis April 2. Game time is 6 pm.
