Middle Georgia State adds new Bachelor's Degree, two minors.

Middle Georgia State University announced a new offering to its Bachelor's Degree program, a Bachelor's of Science in Political Science. Approved by the Board of Regents earlier this month, the degree will be based on the Cochran campus.

Also added were two 15-hour minors in both business and sociology. Required courses for the business minor include economics, management, and marketing. Research methods, gerontology, social stratification, aging and social policy, and community/urban sociology are some of the courses required for the sociology minor.
