Local man newest member of OFTC Board of Directors.

Jason Little of Cochran was inducted as the newest member of Oconee Fall Line Technical College’s Board of Directors August 27. The induction took place during a meeting held in Dublin. Little was sworn in by Laurens County Magistrate Court Judge Thomas C. Bobbitt III.

According to a release, the purpose of the Board of Directors is to facilitate the delivery of programs, services, and activities as directed by the State Board of the Technical College System of Georgia. The board also advises President and State Board of local industry and community needs for the programs and services provided by the technical college, and advocate within the community and the state on issues of importance in support of workforce development efforts.

Little is owner, operator of Little’s Agri-Consulting Services and serves as a crop consultant for 16 different growers in the Bleckley, Twiggs, Laurens and Dodge county area.
