Bleckley BOE achieves Exemplary Board status from Georgia School Board Association.

For the third straight year, the Bleckley County Board of Education has achieved Exemplary Board Status from the Georgia School Board Association. It’s the highest level in the three-tiered program.

A release states the recognition program is designed to showcase best practices in school governance and leadership. Another purpose is to foster educational community cultures to advance student learning and achievement. The Bleckley BOE exceeded standards set fourth by GSBA to be named a 2020 Exemplary Board.
