Offensive struggles continue for Lady Royals.

Jordyn Krieg had another two-hit game.


BCHS returned after an unplanned nine-day break due to a personal matter within the team and bad weather. However, a problem that had plagued them this season, offensive struggles, continued Wednesday versus Dodge County.

Down 2-1 in the fourth, a two on, one out opportunity produced no runs. DC got a two-out triple in the fifth to go up 3-1. Addison Hill walked in the fifth, Rebecca Bowling singled in the sixth, neither scored.

Darci Dillard sets to throw from short.


The Lady Royals were retired in order in the seventh, losing 3-1. Bowling and Jordyn Krieg accounted for all five of the team’s hits. Bowling was 3 for 3 with one RBI,, Krieg went 2 for 3.

William Barham and Mike Brannon have began working as assistants to Emmie Meadows as head coach Teresa Gray is away.. Bleckley travels to Monticello to take on Jasper County September 7 at 5:30 pm.
