Let me say first that I miss not being out and about. I miss not being able to cover games and live events. But reality is, my health won't allow it.

I found out recently I can't drive until I'm cleared by a neurologist. Speaking of that, I had an appointment with one today.

He thinks things that have happened to me have caused inflammation of certain areas of my brain. You see, when I was in the hospital, I had salmonella poison and my salt level was 108.

He thinks those things could be causing inflammation which affects things like my balance. I've got to have an MRI to find out more. The thing is, I don't know when I'll be back to covering live events.

I will continue to work from home, posting anything sent to me. But if there was ever a time I needed your support, it's now. If you're an advertiser, I hope you'll continue. I'm trying to do the best I can with an awful situation.
