Yes, I'm in the hospital again.

Two weeks ago tomorrow I was rushed to the ER with a temperature over 100. I was admitted to the hospital.

After various tests, it was determined I would be having surgery to remove salmonella that had gotten into my chest. They had to do some pretty deep cutting a week ago Monday.

I spent time in the hospital trying to heal up from my surgery. I'm now in a rehab hospital trying to get my strength back. I was able tonight to get what was my dad's laptop up and running.

My goal remains the same. Get strong enough to drive again, be active in the community. Work from home until then. Do I know when that will be? Unfortunately, np.

Know this. My commitment has not changed. My desire to cover the community has not changed. I want to be back out there. It's just it will take time.

I'm sorry all this has happened, sorry about the things I've missed. I ask for your patience as I fight to get back to doing what I know, what I have a passion for. Highlighting the best of the community.
