Lady Barons fall in region title series.

BCMS was at top seed and undefeated West Laurens Wednesday afternoon to play for their first MGMSAA title since 2017. While they gave a good effort in game one, the wheels fell off in game two.

Game one saw the Lady Raiders take a 9-1 lead into the fifth. BC got within 9-5 In the bottom of the sixth only to give up two more runs. They lost game one 11-7, Jeriyah Evans was 3 for 5 with a triple and 1 RBI. Lilla Graham was 2 for 4 with a pair of doubles and 2 RBI. Rayea Dominy was 2 for 4 with 2 RBI.

Though the home team in game two, BC gave up five runs in the first inning to West Laurens. WL scored five in the first three innings to win 15-0. The Lady Barons had one hit, nine errors. They finish with a record of 16-6-1.
