Lady Royals have good day in Forsyth.

After missing a day due to rain, the Lady Royals made their annual trip to Forsyth for the Paw Print Classic. Coaches get the opportunity to try players at different positions as well as allow more players to bat.

Kalee Kitchens caught the ball at first.


Game one was against Mary Persons team one. BC had just two hits, four total baserunners, in an 8-0 loss. Game two was against Jackson High School.

Hannah Coulter hangs on to a pop foul after going against the fence.


Taylor Dykes' bases-clearing triple was part of a five-run third inning. Ten Jackson walks aided a 10-4 Bleckley win. Dykes was 2 for 2 with 4 RBI. Their final opponent Wednesday was Warner Robins.

The Demonettes are now coached by former Royals boys basketball coach John Chance. Allie Keel's two-out single in the first put BCHS on top. It was 4-0 after four innings as the Lady Royals went on to a 6-0 victory.

Allison Collins and Chelsea Brady both went 2 for 2. Jordan Williams was 2 for 3. Aliyah Whitehead was 1 for 2 with 1 RBI. Games conclude Thursday, 2:30 pm against Treutlen County, 5:30 versus Cairo.
