Caroline Thrower had a two-hit game.

BCMS made the short trip to Hawkinsville Tuesday afternoon to take on Pulaski County Middle School. It was a return trip for some, as several on the team had played all star games this summer at the Pulaski County Rec. Department.

Macy Haley streches to make a catch in left field.

The Lady Devils chipped away at an early 4-0 BC lead by scoring single runs in the first, second, and fourth innings. Landa Dominy led off the fifth with a triple, but was thrown out when trying to score on a throwing error. PCMS got the ball from the dugout and threw home.

Jayla Willis scores during BC's six-run sixth inning.

Emily Sanders led off the sixth with a single. She would get a second at bat as the Lady Barons sent ten to the plate, scoring six. They would go on to win 13-7. Abbey Simms was 3 for 5 with 4 RBI. Macy Haley was 3 for 5 with 1 RBI. Caroline Thrower was 2 for 3 with 2 RBI. Dominy was 2 for 5 with 1 RBI.

Landa Dominy recorded the game's final out when a Pulaski County player tried to steal third.

Miranda Pearson and Riley Edge both went 1 for 2 with 1 RBI. Bleckley's home opener is Thursday at 4:30 pm versus Telfair County.
