No trick: Royals with season best output in rout of Northeast. ***Updated***

Though they'll be on the road come playoff time, the Royals still wanted to finish third. Friday, Bleckley tried to avoid any Halloween tricks playing at a chilly Thompson Stadium versus Northeast.

The Raiders struck early on a 49-yard halfback pass. With less than two minutes gone, it was 7-0 Northeast. BC started their second possession on Northeast's 37. Cody Evans 26-yard pass to Caleb Wynne
on fourth down kept the drive alive.

Antavis Robertson capped things with a five-yard touchdown run. It was all tied with 2:13 left. Robertson got his second on a fourth and goal, scoring from four yards out with 6:10 left in the half to put the Royals on top.

Northeast fumbled on their next possession on their 37. BCHS took advantage, Tije'a Randall capped the drive with a five-yard touchdown run. The Royals went into the half leading 21-7. Wynne would suffer a season'ending leg injury later in the quarter.

Anthony Wright, who had 100 second half rushing yards, got 78 of them om a touchdown run with 10:53 left in the third. Tae Holiday, who had a third quarter interception to stop a Northeast drive, capped all scoring on a five-yard run with 5:00 left in the game.

Bleckley scored season high 35 points as they rolled 35-7. They had a season best 393 rushing yards including 254 in the second half, also a season best. Robertson had 56 yards on 13 carries. Randall had a season best 59 yards on nine carries.

Northeast was held to 175 total yards offense. It'll be Senior Night when the Royals host Putnam County November 7. Ceremonies start at 7 pm, kickoff is 7:30 pm.
