As per tradition, the Pilot Club held their Lite-A-Lite Christmas tree lighting ceremony before the parade.

Matthew White led the Royal Kingsmen when he was drum major. White, now drum major for Middle Georgia State College's Band of Knights, led them Friday.

The CBRD 9-10 girls all star softball team, who finished state runner up this past summer, was in the parade.

High school CTSO's were collecting canned food for a "Parade to the Pantry."
