Track athletes highlight spring All Middle Georgia selections.

The Macon Telegraph announced All Middle Georgia selections for spring sports this week. Bleckley County High School had 13 athletes selected for teams or as honorable mentions.

Ten came from track. Team members by sport: Golf- Drew Belflower, Thomas Yearty. Tennis- Trevor Barker, Samantha Horne, honorable mentions. Track- Ellen Powell, 800 meter run, honorable mention, 1600 meter run. Anuj Patel, honorable mention, boys 800 meter run. Carl Ellis Corley, honorable mention, 1600 meter run. Austin Cook, Bronson Sanders, honorable mention, 3200 meter run.

Shot put- honorable mention, Tije'a Randall, T'Keyah Pasby. Discus, honorable mentions Pasby, Shamar Slappy, Cord Yearty. Fellisia Young, honorable mention triple jump and long jump.
