Runner of the Year highlights local All Middle Georgia selections.

Carl Ellis Corley was named the Macon Telegraph All Middle Georgia Runner of the Year Tuesday. Corley won the boys individual state title in November.

He highlights a list of four first team selections. Along with Corley, Austin Cook, Bronson Sanders, and Ellen Powell were named to the first team. Dayton Cannon and CJ Rich were boys honorable mentions. Macy Moe was an honorable mention for the girls.

Two softball players were honorable mentions for softball- Taylor Dykes and Faith Harris. Eddie Blash and LaDarrick Vickers were honorable mentions for the AMG football team.
