Though record-wise it wasn’t a great season for the BCHS boys basketball team, the team did play well when it counted. Needing to win two games the final week of the season, the Royals defeated Southwest and Monticello to clinch a playoff berth for the second straight year.

Players, coaches, and families gathered to celebrate the season at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. Before the awards presentation, Tip-Off Club President Vic Cooper spoke briefly. He expressed appreciation over the increased support received over the past couple of years. Cooper encouraged parents to be involved with the club and everyone to work together.
