Travel softball team tries to spring for a ring.

The BC Crush played in Coastal Georgia Sports "Spring Fling for the Ring" Saturday in Hazlehurst. It's the second tournament for the new team started by David Stevens. After losing their bracket opener to Sweet Spot Havoc, the Crush scored in every inning in beating the Angels 14-4.

They would take a 7-1 lead versus the Blaze only to see the Blaze score four in the fifth and two in the sixth to tie things at seven. The Crush retook the lead in the seventh but fell 9-8. Their next tournament is TBD.
