Bake sale will benefit annual Honors Biology class trip.

The Bleckley County High School Honors Biology Class will hold their annual pre-Christmas bake sale December 22 in the Pre-K parking lot, 242 E. Dykes St, from 8 am-until. Proceeds will benefit the class trip to SeaCamp.

BCMS basketball players selling Krispy Kreme Donuts, vouchers for boxes.

The BCMS girls and boys basketball teams are selling Krispy Kreme Donuts or coupons for a box of one dozen glazed donuts that can be redeemed at any Krispy Kreme store in the U.S. Each are $6. Orders are due by December 11 with delivery on December 13. See any player or call (478)308-1071 to order.

Rescheduled "Busting Cancer for Brian Smith" memorial clay shoot set for Saturday.

The "Busting Cancer for Brian Smith" memorial clay shoot postponed from October due to Hurricane Michael will be this Saturday at 235 Rebie Road. Cost is $80 per person. Registration is at 8 am, no new shooters will be accepted after 2 pm. Proceeds will go to toward a scholarship for a 2019 Bleckley County High School senior.

An almost sold out bake sale.

The BCHS Honors Physics, AP Calculus, and AP Environmental Science classes held their annual pre Thanksgiving bake sale Proceeds will go toward an upcoming trip to Disney World where students will study roller coaster physics as well as Environmental Science at the Animal Kingdom. Almost all items had been sold by around 1 pm.

The BCHS basketball cheerleaders are selling Atlanta Cheesecake Company cheesecakes. A variety of flavors are available, each cost $23. Orders can be placed by seeing any cheerleader or emailing Chelsea Tyner, by November 26.
