BCHS wrapped up their season series with Dodge County Saturday night at the Castle. The two teams split the previous games played in Eastman with the Lady Royals and Indians winning.

Jordan Mathis

A 7-0 finish to the second quarter gave BC a 21-14 halftime lead. Dodge though would climb back during the third with a 12-4 run and use a buzzer-beating three to tie the score at 33 going to the fourth.

Ava Jenkins

The Lady Royals had a seven-point lead in the fourth with under four minutes left. Dodge though rallied again and tied the game at 45 with 1:35 remaining. They would go on to hit four free throws. BC got the line just once, hitting one free throw, in losing 49-45.

Jamary Elvine

They went 7 of 18 from the foul line. Ava Jenkins had 12 points.

Demariyus Walters

The Royals led by double digits in the first half against the Indians but a buzzer beating DC 3 cut the lead to eight. Demaryus Walters had six points in the third as BC pushed the lead to 14. Reserves played the final two minutes in the fourth as Bleckley rolled 62-41.

Jaylin Gardner

Walters had 14 points. Nykez Farrow scored 23 points including 13 in the first half. Jamary Elvine added 11 points. Bleckley plays at Central January 7. Girls tip at 5 pm with boys to follow.
