BCHS looked to claim another region series when they hosted Washington County Friday evening. Though the offense scored seven runs, the defense let them down.

Things got off to a rough start when two first inning errors were responsible for two runs. Waco took advantage of four third inning errors to take an 8-1 lead. Despite a four-run bottom of the fourth, two more errors accounted for two more Golden Hawk runs in the fifth
Braegan Cravey
BC took advantage of miscues to score two in the sixth. Washington County though got a run on a sac fly in the seventh. Bleckley was retired in order in the home half in losing 11-7. Royal pitching only gave up two earned runs.
Josh Dillard
While the offense scored seven runs, they also left nine on base. Braegan Cravey was 2 for 2 with 1 RB. Bleckley travels to FPD in Macon tomorrow to play Savannah Country Day at noon.
