Kalyria Jones

BCHS wrapped up their season series with A.C.E. Friday night in Cochran. The Royals swept the Gryphons when the teams met a few weeks ago in Macon.

Lyric Stephens

Though trailing by 13 points in the first half, a 15-3 run to end it drew the Lady Royals within 23-22 at halftime. Lyric Stephens had the first five points of the third giving BC their first lead.

Friday's game sponsor was NewJus founded by BCHS alum Marcus Newsome. He's pictured with boys head coach Garrett Collins.

She had nine third quarter points as Bleckley took a double digit lead to the fourth. They went on to win 50-43. Kalyria Jones led with 14 points. Camya Harris added 10 points.

Rashod Farrow

The Royals trailed 30-21 at halftime. Though they’d get within seven points in the third, BC was down 10 going to the fourth.

Jason McNulty

Bleckley cut the deficit to six but could draw no closer. They were hurt by Jason McNulty fouling out. He had 21 points in the team’s 70-56 loss.
