BCHS students prepare healthy dishes for the holidays.

It’s a program that encourages students to plan, prepare, and share healthy meals with their families during the holiday season. Students chose recipes and fixed dishes they’d usually prepare during Christmas.

Four players from the KOHR 7u baseball team were recently selected to play on Team Georgia in an all star tournament that will take place in Newberry, Florida January 3 through 5. All four players are ranked in the FPB (Future Pro Baseball) top 25. Lane White, ranked #4. Carson Sitzman, ranked #15. Cason Yong, ranked #17. Sawyer Turner, ranked #24. (All photos contributed.)

Royals close out Jingle Jam on good note.

Nykez Farrow had 18 points and was named player of the game as BCHS defeated Jasper County (Monticello) 62-52 Saturday afternoon at the Banks County "Jingle Jam." Jamary Elvine had 13 points. Both teams will be in action January 3 against East Laurens. Varsity tip time is 5 pm.
