The success of BCHS football over the past few years has provided opportunities for several players to continue their careers. This week, five will be taking the field with their current teams.
August 30- Senior Shamar Slappy and freshman Andrew Butler will play at Birmingham Southern. Kickoff is 7 pm. Former Royal JaMario McClendon and Missouri State have their season opener at Oklahoma State. It'll be broadcast on FS1 (Fox Sports 1.)
On September 1, redshirt senior Tavon Ross and the Missouri Tigers have their season opener against Tennessee-Martin. Kickoff is at 4 pm and the game will be on the SEC Network.
That night, Torenio Davis will play his first home game for the GMC Bulldogs. Kickoff is at 7 pm. The school is located at 201 East Greene Street in Milledgeville.
