Carson Waters sets tot throw to third for a force play.

It was a quick turnaround as BCHS wrapped up their season series with Dodge County in Eastman Friday afternoon. The Royals were looking for a season sweep as well as avenge last year’s controversial walkoff loss when the umpire ruled the tag was missed at home plate.

BC led 2-1 after four innings despite having only two hits. A two on, two outs opportunity in the fifth, and a two on, no outs opportunity in the sixth produced no runs. But Brody Little, who had given up just one run on two hits in the first four innings, gave up one hit in the final three innings as Bleckley won 2-1. Little gave up one run, three hits, striking out six in the complete game win.
