BCHS wrapped up their three-game homestand and season series with Schley County Wednesday night. In what was a one-run game for the first five innings, a bad sixth inning was the Lady Royal’s undoing.

Schley took a 4-0 lead into the bottom of the third when the Lady Royals scored three times. It was still a one-run game in the sixth when two BC errors contributed to five Lady Wildcat runs. BCHS lost 9-3.

Though Bleckley had eight hits, only Riley Haley had more than one hit, going 2 for 3 with a double. The Lady Royals travel to Jones County tomorrow, game time 5:30 pm.
