Things are tough right now.

I want to first apologize for there being less content on the site than in past years. I'm still checking pages, searching, and will post anything community related.

The problem is there just hasn't been as much. Schools have been using an internal messaging thing to post things which used to go on the Facebook page.

Other X accounts I would usually at least sometimes find content haven't been posting as much. I'm sorry this is happening. Because I want to keep you informed on things the community, want to be the place you go when you need to know.

Please know I've not stopped trying, not stopped searching daily. Maybe things will be better when spring sports get fully going.

As bad as things are content wise, they're even worse financially. I've had to shell out over $1,200 for work on my car in the past six days. Part of it was related to getting an engine issue fixed which caused the check engine light to come on. Oh yeah, one of the tire pressure sensors had to be replaced.

Another part of the work was getting the shark fin (antenna) on my car replaced. The shark fin handles wi-fi, which I pay for in the event I need it for work. I had thought the reimbursement from my special needs trust for the engine would've been in before today when I got the shark fin replaced.

It hasn't show. Right now, the HR account is in complete shambles. I'd already decided to not go to Dublin for the middle school basketball game tomorrow because I had an almost five-hour wait today with my car for the shark fin replacement. But even if I did feel like going, I couldn't afford it financially.

My hope is checks will start arriving soon to at least get the account to mediocrity. I would be remiss though without reminding you that if you own a business, or know of one that needs advertising, I'd be grateful for the support.

Rates are only $35 a month with 0 long term commitment. The only thing I am asking though is that you show patience and continue to read the site. Because I'm determined to keep doing this, keep serving the community to the best of my ability.
