Here is a current listing of Christmas services and events at local churches. Please email BleckleyProgress@aol.com or bleckleyprogress@gmail.com to have your church’s events included.

December 9- Mt. Calvary Baptist Church Breakfast with Santa, 9 am. Come dressed to take pictures with Santa. He will read the true Christmas story after breakfast.

December 10- Combined handbell choirs, choirs, children and youth ministries of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church and First Baptist Church bring the nativity story to life through scripture and song. 3 pm at Mt. Calvary, 6:30 pm at FBC.
Limestone Baptist Church children’s Christmas musical, 6 pm.

December 15-17: Bethany Baptist Church- Drive Thru Bethlehem. Re-enactment of the night Jesus was born. Live animals, shopkeepers, Roman guards.

December 16- Macedonia Baptist Church Living Nativity. Re-enactment of the nativity story with church members and live animals. Performances at 6:30 and 7:30 pm.

December 17- Ruth Baptist Church adult choir Christmas musical, 6 pm.

December 24- House of Grace Family Christmas Eve service, 10:30 am.
Christ Chapel Cochran Christmas Eve communion service, 10:30 am.
Macedonia Baptist Church Christmas Eve morning worship service, 11 am.
Mt. Calvary Baptist Church candlelight communion service, 5 pm.
Bethany Baptist Church candlelight communion service, 5 pm.
Cochran First United Methodist Church candlelight communion service, 5:30 pm.
Trinity Episcopal Church Christmas Eve service, 6 pm.
