BCMS announces Spelling Bee winners.

Sixth grade participants.


Bleckley County Middle School held their grade level spelling bee for grades 6-8 December 7. It featured top spellers from each Social Studies class. Participants and winners were as follows.

Sixth grade winners.


Sixth grade participants: Blake Allen, Jeremy Anderson, Kayla Anderson, Shamy Anderson, Zoe Baldino, Zaylen Byrd, Ava Cackett, CJ Darsey, Adalynn Floyd, Mason Herndon, Caleb Lester, Ah’Zariaya Owens, Keilen Simeton, Presley Tarpley, and Jamir Williams. Winners were: Third place, CJ Darsey. Second place, Zoe Baldino. First place, Jeremy Anderson.

Seventh grade participants.


Seventh grade participants: Lily Bass, Camden Beck, Camia Brazil, Jake Floyd, Jaylah Little, Gracen Lopez, Paisley McWhorter, Olivia Owens, Will Porter, Rebecca Pudleiner, Kobe Roberts, Will Rodgers, JJ Stephens, Dayana Thomas, Fallyn Trent, and Addi Warren. Winners were: Third place, Olivia Owens. Second place, Kobe Roberts. First place, Will Rodgers.

Seventh grade winners.


Eighth grade participants: Atalyah Aiden, Karissa Allen, Za’Cari Beck, Raidan Black, Ahlexia Brown, Adrianna Colon, Connor Cumbee, Hailey Faulk, Ellie Hart, Josh Knox, Kaylee Long CJ Pannell, Jaxzen Pettys, Kylie Pitzer, Cullen Senters, and Jace Tucker. Winners were: Third place, Kaylee Long. Second place, Raidan Black. First place, Adrianna Colon.

Eighth grade participants.


First and second place winners advance to the Bleckley County School System Spelling Bee January 18 at 9 am. The winner of that will compete at the GAE District 7 Spelling Bee February 24 in Eatonton.
