Due to the weather Tuesday, it was a rare Wednesday night region opener for BCHS against Jefferson County. Both the Lady Royals and Royals won easily.

Ter’Nazia Elvine had 12 first half points as the Lady Royals took a 38-17 halftime lead. Jefferson scored just two second half points as BC won Elvine had 20 points. Kalyria Jones scored 13 points. Ca’mya Harris added 10 points.

The Royals led 30-18 at halftime but used a 12-0 third quarter run to go up 22 going to the fourth. BC won 66-43. Caleb Farrow scored 12 second half points, 19 for the game. Jaylin Gardner scored 14 points. Nykez Farrow added 13 points.
