Lady Tigers, Royals, win big in home split.

Region play resumed Tuesday night as BCHS welcomed Swainsboro. It was a good night for the Lady Tigers and for the Royals.

A buzzer-beating three to end the second capped Swainsboro’s 42-19 halftime lead. A Evian Beck buzzer beater cut the deficit to 19 after three. An 11-2 run to end the game made the final score a respectable 57-46.

Ter’Nazia Elvine had 22 points. Ca’mya Harris scored 10 points.

The Royals used an 18-5 run to close the second and turn what a five-point lead into a 40-22 advantage at halftime. The lead grew to 21 in the third and was 19 going to the fourth. BC rolled 67-46.

Iverson Baker


Caleb Farrow had 23 points. Kam Everett had 13 points. Iverson Baker added 10 points. BC travels to Jefferson County January 26. Tip time is 5 pm.
