The homestand for BCHS continued Friday night against Northeast. While BC swept both the girls and boys series last season, bad fourth quarters from both teams led to wins by Northeast.

The Raiderettes led by as many as 13 points in the first half. Though Bleckley would get within three points, they trailed 25-18 at halftime.

Lyric Stephens

The Lady Royals would again get within three points during the third quarter but were still down eight going to the fourth quarter. In the fourth, BC scored just four points in losing 50-34.

Dykes Pharmacy was Friday's game sponsor. Presenting the game jersey to Rob Dykes is boys head coach Garrett Collins.

In the boys game, BC had a 28-22 lead at halftime. The lead was as big as 10 in the third but Northeast was within five going to the fourth.
