BCHS wrapped up their season series with West Laurens Wednesday night. Though the Royals had two big leads, they would have to hold off the Raiders in the end.

A three-run top of the third by WL cut BC’s 6-0 lead in half. Bleckley took a 9-3 lead to the fifth only to see the Raiders score four.
JD Holloway
Leading 9-7 in the seventh, WL loaded the bases with two outs. Reliver Jay Johnson got a strikeout to secure the win. He struck out 2, walked 4, in 2.2 innings pitched.
Brody Fleming
Brody Fleming went 3 for 4 with a double and 2 RBI. Gavin Cole was 3 for 4 with 2 RBI. Noah Woodard was 2 for 3 with 1 RBI. Walker Boatright went 2 for 3. Lane Sapp was 2 for 4 with 3 RBI.
Bleckley resumes region play tomorrow versus Northeast. Game time is 5:45 pm.
