Hannah Coulter gets a hit.

It was another day of double scrimmage action for the Lady Royals, this time in Hawkinsville. Bleckley, along with Telfair County, and the Lady Devils, played each other Thursday afternoon.

Jordan Williams gets under a popup in the infield.

Taking on Telfair County first, BC led 2-1 after two innings. They took control with a six-run third and added two more in the fourth in winning 10-4. Riley Edge was 2 for 2 with 1 RBI. Tori Long went 2 for 4 with 1 RBI. Taylor Dykes went 2 for 4 with a double. Hannah Coulter was 1 for 2 with an RBI double. Caroline Meadows went 1 for 2 with 3 RBI.

Emily Sanders receives the ball at third for the force.

It was scoreless after one inning versus Hawkinsville. Aliyah Whitehead led off with a solo home run. She would bat again, hitting a two-run triple. The Lady Royals sent 15 batters to the plate and scored all the runs they'd need in an 11-0 victory.

Macy Haley pitched a shutout versus the Lady Devils.

Whitehead was 2 for 2 with 3 RBI. Coulter and Abbey Sims each went 2 for 2 with 1 RBI. Jordan Williams went 2 for 2. Dykes went 2 for 3 with 1 RBI. BCHS finishes preseason play at home Tuesday versus FPD at 5 pm.
