Two events are scheduled for the Cochran campus, both are free and open to the public. Both will feature artist Dan Keplinger. The film, which follows his life, life won the 2000 Academy Award for Best Short Subject Documentary and 2000 Peabody Award. A showing of King Gimp will be held March 27 at 5:30 pm inside Dillard Hall Auditorium.

Keplinger will give a gallery talk to discuss his work April 3 at Peacock Gallery located inside Russell Hall at 6:30 pm. His work will be on display through April 7. Gallery hours are 8 am-5:30 pm, Monday-Thursday, 8 am-noon Friday.
