Bleckley FFA Alumni holding T-Shirt fundraiser.

Bleckley FFA Alumni and Supporters are partnering with local business Golf Geek Co. for a T-Shirt fundraiser. Proceeds will benefit Bleckley FFA Alumni in their support of the local FFA chapter with activities and scholarships for graduating members involved in the chapter. Cost is $20 for adult small through 2XL, $24 for sizes 3XL-5XL. Adult sizes only. Shirt will be a lighter color of gray than pictured, Gildan, Sports Gray, Unisex T-Shirt. Pre-order now through December 3 by clicking the link. Shirts will be ready by December 18, payment due then.

BCMS 21st Century ACE Club students make Thanksgiving items.

Each month Laura Knox and Gretchen Tuck teach leadership and life skills classes to BCMS 21st Century CCLC Ace Club students. Classes are designed to encourage the students to learn a new skill, share it with someone else, as well as learn how to use the new skill to serve others. Recently, they helped students make a thankful jar, turkey crackers, and a Thanksgiving table tent to use in decorating their table for the holidays.

Soccer teams split finale at Jeff Davis.

The Lady Barons secured the third seed for the MGMSAA playoffs by winning 3-0 at Jeff Davis Thursday afternoon. Jaleya Brown, Lilly Farrell, and Claria Richards scored. The Barons lost 3-0. MGMSAA playoffs will be at West Laurens. The Lady Barons will face second seed East Laurens November 30 at 4 pm.

JV Royals win vs Dodge.


The JV Royals defeated Dodge County 20-6 at home Thursday afternoon. Royals varsity will travel to Vidalia for round one of the state playoffs November 27. Kickoff is 7:30 pm.
