Local players in action at the June Jam.

As their last two tournaments were cancelled, the B-Team hadn’t gotten to play in a month. Saturday, the team took the field one last time at the USSSA June Jam in Milledgeville. It was a rough day. The offense scored just two runs. The team was no-hit in their final game, a 4-0 loss to the Georgia Thunder.

Also in action were local players Riley Edge, Mallory Sears, and Marley Jarrell on Georgia Girls 05. They beat Georgia Ignite in their first bracket game but lost to eventual tournament champion Georgia Freeze.
