Local first responders recognized at Region 5 Trauma Council meeting.

At the meeting, members of Heartland EMS and the Bleckley County Fire Department received a Trauma Save award. Bleckley PTO meeting Thursday to plan Father-Daughter dance.

Bleckley PTO will met January 9 at 6 pm in the primary school lunchroom. The meeting's purpose is to begin planning for this year's Father-Daughter dance, tentatively scheduled for February 22. A theme will be voted on Thursday. Anyone wishing to help with planning, decoration, or any other aspect of the dance is encouraged to attend.
