State Bank of Cochran Welcomes Tracy Dykes Back as Relationship Manager. (Press release.)

State Bank of Cochran, a division of BankSouth, is pleased to welcome Tracy Dykes back to the bank as Relationship Manager.

Dykes brings more than 15 years of banking and lending experience to the role, including previous service with State Bank of Cochran from 2018 through January 2025. During his career, he has gained extensive experience across consumer, mortgage and commercial lending, loan operations, underwriting and customer service.

Most recently, Dykes served as a Loan Operations Specialist with One Florida Bank. Earlier in his career, he served as Assistant Vice President and Loan Officer with Cochran Bank & Trust, where he advanced from a teller into loan processing and lending roles. His career progression has provided him with experience serving customers at nearly every stage of the lending process.

“I’m excited to return to State Bank of Cochran and have the opportunity to work with customers and coworkers I already know, while building new relationships throughout the community,” said Dykes. “Cochran is a special place, and I’m looking forward to using my experience to help individuals and businesses reach their financial goals.”

Dykes earned an associate degree in Business Administration from Central Georgia Technical College. He has also completed Consumer Lending 101 through the American Bankers Association and commercial lending and underwriting training through the Georgia Bankers Association.

In his new role, Dykes will work closely with individuals and businesses to understand their financial needs and provide relationship-focused guidance across a range of consumer and commercial lending solutions.
