Beta Club members qualify for nationals.

The Bleckley County High School Beta Club traveled to Savannah for the annual state convention January 23-25. Members participated in a variety of competitions. Congratulations to the following students who will be advancing to national competition June 19-22 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

First place:
Beta Club Show Choir (third straight state title.)
Agriscience- Evan Thomas.
Woodworking Caleb Hill.

Second place:
Digital Arts- Daylynn Justice.
Fiber Arts- Haley Wilson.

Third place:
Agriscience- Louie Lumley.
Campaign skit.
Robotics Team- Prayla Lockett, Cynthia Dang, Hannah Fennell, SaCoya McNair.

Fifth place:
Technnology- Madison Arnold, Reece Willingham, Miranda Belflower, Skyler Johnson, Caroline Thrower, Emily Sanders.

BCHS also won the “outstanding growth” award at the convention.
