BCMS traveled to East Laurens late Monday afternoon. It was another tough game for the Barons as a late-inning comeback attempt would be for naught.

Down 4-0 after two innings, Cullen Senters’ solo home run in the fourth got BC on the board. A throwing error in the fifth drew Bleckley within two. EL got the run back in the sixth.

Caleb Foskey’s seventh-inning single capped a three-run top of the seventh as BC tied the game. The first two Falcon runners reached in the bottom of the inning. After an intentional walk to load the bases, BC got two out.

But EL got a single from the next batter to win 6-5. Senters and Foskey were each 1 for 2 with 1 RBI. Noah Woodard went 2 for 4 with 2 RBI. BCMS travels to A.C.E. March 6 for a A/B team set of scrimmages. Game time is 4:30 pm.
