BCHS Literary repeats as region champs. ***Updated with full results.***

BCHS hosted Region 2A, Division 1 Literary this past Saturday. Bleckley won its second straight region title. Results were as follows.

Personal Essay - First place Lauren Coley.
Argumentative Essay – First Place Scout Totty.
Literary Interpretation Humorous – First place – Lauren Coley.
Literary Interpretation Dramatic – First place Callie Paulk.
Literary Interpretation Duo -First Place Kenzie Hattaway and Carter Willingham.
Extemporaneous Speaking International – First Place – Dylan Strickland,
Extemporaneous Speaking Domestic – Second Place Marli Jones.
Boy’s Solo – First Place Will Green.
Girl’s Solo – First Place Maddy Land.
Boys’ Quartet - First place Will Green, James Cairney, Logan Davis and Jaxon Davis.
Girls’ Trio – First Place Maddy Land, Andi Vincent and Allie Hataway.

First place winners advance to state competition which will be held March 16 at Warner Robins High School beginning at 9 am. All events (except Essay) are open to the public.
