BCHS returned to region play Saturday afternoon at Dodge County. Both the Lady Royals and Royals were in search of their first region win, both the Squaws and Indians stood at 1-2 in region play.

Evian Beck made this shot.

Zyaire Lindsey scored in the final 20 seconds of the second quarter to give the Lady Royals a 23-18 lead at halftime In the third, Dodge used a 9-0 run to take a two-point lead only to see Kalyria Jones score five points in the final few seconds to give BC a four-point lead going to the fourth.

Lyric Stephens

It was in the fourth quarter when Bleckley put the game away with a 13-4 closing burst to win 56-46. Jones had 28 points. Lyric Stephens scored 13 points.

Kemiyah Gooch

The Royals were in another low-scoring contest with the Indians, trailing 21-10 at halftime. They would battle and get within two points during the third but trailed 28-22 going to the fourth.

Marty Beck

DC kept Bleckley at bay for most of the quarter. Though a JJ Stanley layup with about 4 seconds left drew BC within four, it was far too late as the Indians won 48-42. Jason McNulty, Patrick Roberts, and Rashod Farrow each scored 11 points.
