An almost perfect day for the Runnin' Royals. ***Results added November 5***

"The more things change, the more they stay the same." For the first time in several years, BCHS was not in 3-AA. But the results of 4-AA region held October 30 were the same as they'd been for many years.



The Runnin' Royals easily swept, picking up consecutive region title nine for the girls and six for the boys. It was a near perfect day for both teams.



Girls team scores were as follows:
1. Bleckley County 19
2. Lamar County 44
3. Northeast 82
4. Putnam County 113



Top ten runners were:

1. Ellen Powell Bleckley 20:19
2. Sydney Tenney Lamar 20:42
3. Madison Powell Bleckley 22:04
4. Samantha Miller Bleckley 22:22
5. Tori Deeson Bleckley 22:34
6. Shannon Purvis Bleckley 22:57
7. Aubri Rush Bleckley 23:04
8. Kirstin Wood Lamar 23:15
9. Ashley Burton Bleckley 23:26

BCHS will compete in the AA State Cross Country Finals held November 10 in Carrolton.
